Hospitality: Remote Design & Sourcing
This package is perfect for vacation/short-term rental owners aiming to increase occupancy and nightly rates while saving time on sourcing furniture and decor. After evaluating the property, we will provide a Design Concept highlighting the overall aesthetic. Once we agree on the direction, we will start sourcing each item to realize the vision. Our service can be conveniently conducted remotely via video conference.

I can DIY - Consultation
Ready to tackle some projects yourself but need a bit of guidance? Take us on a tour via a video conference. Once complete, we will get to work creating ideas for furniture & decor purchases, furniture placement, paint colors, amenities, and personalized items to create maximum appeal. We will also include ideas to create the perfect selfie and Instagram moments for your guests.
Any and all ideas can be discussed via video conference or emailed to you within 3 business days.​
